Can I watch BT sport smart benefit on MacBook Air

Hi everyone

 

I have just purchased a MacBook Air to replace my iPad Pro 12.9 which has been given to my daughter. Previously I could watch BT sport fine on the iPad but can't find a way to watch on the MacBook Air. 

 

Following a call to technical support they have suggested that a MacBook is classed as a big screen.

 

Please can someone kindly confirm if they have the smart benefit working on a MacBook Air?

@ricey1234  Unfortunately no you can not your subscription is to watch via the device that the subscription is for.  If you purchase the large screen access you can. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I hope you're well and having a nice day, are you up to much? 

 

When you get BT Sports as a Smart Benefit, it's for the device you have that plan on.

 

You won't be able to access it on another device, unless you have the large screen add-on. You can find out more about this on our BT Sport Help page.
