Hello,i had the services suspended ,new i paid and received a new card ,but i don't know how to activate it becouse i don't have the old card anymore

Thanks for coming to the community. 

 

This may already be registered for you, have you tried the SIM in a phone to see if you have signal showing? 

 

If so, and this is not working please get in touch with our Mobile Care team, they will get this registered for you.
