Hi All
Can anyone help.
I am in Turkey. I have my Samsung Galaxy A21s mobile. My problem is i cant receive texts on it or even calls. This is a problem as i am trying to sort my Barclaycard payment out. I can and have all my details but they need to send me a One time passcode to access my acount and as i cant receive texts this is a problem

Have you activated roaming, international calls and text?
Log into your on line account and then Menu - Manage Device - make sure you have activated roaming and international calls.
Or
From the MyEE app Current Usage - Controls - activate use phone abroad and make international and premium calls
Turkey is outside of the EU so to minimise your costs consider an add on. More details can be found here:
