I did not realise that my delivery address was incorrect on my EE app when ordering my new iPhone. DPD have advised that they are unable to change the address and to contact the sender. I have since moved property and I’m unable to collect the phone if it arrives at the address. Can this be changed?

@AshleighE you will need to call customer services about this. If DPD have the device out for delivery the delivery should not be made and the device will be returned back, your account will revert back to an upgrade state and you’ll need to upgrade again.
