so basically i am trying too buy something on my mobile game with my credit as that is a feature with EE and apple but when i try too add my number as a payment method it comes up with this photo, can someone get back too me through text please 1C460523-45E1-40FB-B006-26D8418DDD1A.png

@zuni as stated in the image you need to call EE customer services about this. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

it just gives me a list of things i can do like “text: balance for this etc. “

You are on PAYG. UNBAR is for contract. You need to call CS to be able to buy things from your PAYG credit.
