Has anyone else received faulty goods? Firstly my device came with a scratch on the screen which EE will not replace because I didn’t report it within 72 hours.
secondly my camera is now glitching like crazy when recording videos! It is very annoying. The phone has never been dropped!
considering I’m going to be paying over £2,000 for this contract I seriously expect a fully working phone without a scratch and without a faulty camera 😞
Why does it feel like I’m being fobbed off here!
