I wanted to move to an other provider at the end of my contract with EE, So I got my PUK code, My account with EE is closed and I moved my number to my new provider but my device says it is locked to EE. and Now i have no way of contacting EE, as I dont have another handset or landline. I was hoping I could chat online with an advisor as I am really stuck. But the chat box doesnt even come up when I log in.

Hi @Asuji.

Welcome to the EE Community.

What phone are you using?

Are you not able to give us a call using the number that you transferred over from EE?

You can find all of our contact details on our Contact Us page.

Where did you yourself get this device itself originally? Did you buy it yourself new direct from EE or from a 3rd-party reseller or is it 2nd-hand? The unlocking process & costs are different.
