I've ordered a new phone and my account is showing a different phone

I ordered a yellow iPhone XR and my account is showing a Sony Expedia L1 and my previous phone was the iPhone XS

So have you never had the Sony phone with us? Your account sometimes takes a little while to load up with the information for a new phone.

 

It doesn't affect the usability of your My EE account though.
