If your Pixel is showing in stock and you have received your order confirmation, I would recommend contacting our customer care team if you are unable to track you order.

 

They will be able to access your account and give you the details of your orders status.

 

Come back and let us know how you get on once you have spoken to them.

I placed my order 3 days ago and have received an xkn order number, I have not had any more communication, I am already an we customer looking for an extra device, so what's going on?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
Yes, says no tracking info, try later.

@StevieB2003    What device did you order as the device might be out of stock so you’ll get no tracking information.

Hi,

 

I contacted EE customer services and they said my order hadn't gone through, he didn't know why and said maybe they needed more info, when I said i had the confirmation email and order number he sounded a bit lost to be honest, they did offer to re do the order but I said no as I was I bit miffed I'd had no contact from EE at all.

I can get the phone cheaper at carphone warehouse anyway, so i will order from them.
