I placed an order Over the phone and paid for delivery today and I have received no order reference number meaning I am in able to track it and I have also not been contacted by any Courier regarding a time slot ?

You would usually have received confirmation from DPD by now if it was coming today.

I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team to check your order and find out what's happening.
