I’ve been waiting since November for my upgrade (iPhone 12 pro max 128gb silver).
It has nearly been 2 months. What is going on?

You would need to speak to EE CS on 150 about your specific order and the delays. They will tell you when you are due to receive your device. Have you checked EE order tracking?
