Fault on Samsung A51

Hi guy's wondering if anybody else has had a similar fault ,my Samsung A51 which I got in October has suddenly stopped working it was on bluetooth mode sending my tunes into the shower speaker , which it has done with no difficulty for over a month when it started jumping ,playing adverts and freezing tried to contact EE but obviously very difficult in these times the phone is insured but hasn't been dropped kept in a case with screen protector looking for advice
