PAC NOT RECOGNISED

Just joined EE from GiffGaff, I have my PAC code but I get the below message. 

Please make sure you enter the right code. Your PAC will look like ABC123456. Your STAC will look like 123456ABC.

 

when calling support 150 I am told they are too busy please call back some other time. Not a great start I must admit. 

Anybody have any ideas on this. 

PS. I have checked the other similar topics but couldn’t find a fix other than calling support.

I'm afraid you're correct to assume that calling C/S (who will have access to your account) is the best way to resolve this.

 

If it's any consolation, I think EE C/S is probably coping with the current circumstances a lot better than some other companies.

When was it generated?

thanks for your message. 

yes definitely in the correct order/format 3 Letter 6 Numbers. I’ve tried copy and paste, written manually and upper or lower case.

If it's the correct format, the best thing to do will be to speak with our Customer Care team.

 

They will be open from 8am, they may be a little busier than usual at the moment but please wait on the line.
