I sent my phone in for a quick repair check-up 2 days ago now and when it was picked up i was told i would hear atleast something on the day it was taken if not the following day and i am yet to hear whether my phone had safely arrived or any type of update. Just feeling concerned as i was hoping to hear something by now as i need my phone in order to pay my bills etc, also i was wondering about my contract status if they have my phone for significantly longer than expected, thanks!

your contract status would remain the same if it took a week or a fortnight.
