I placed an order and got an xkn number, but have not heard anything else

I placed an order and got an xkn number, but have not heard anything else need to know how my order is progressing and the tracker keeps saying it is timed out !! Any advadvice ?

You need to contact broadband customer services on 0800 956 6000.

@Kp1892  when did you order this?  With receiving the XKN number your order is being processed.  You could give customer services a call if your concern. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
