Why hasn't my ps4 been delivered yet

Been waiting 5 weeks for my free gift a ps4 but still no sign of it just get told excuses what can I do about of it

Call CS on 150 tomorrow and ask them where it is. The t&c say 30 days after your contract starts.

Call CS this morning had the usual we will sort this ASAP sorry etc etc with the promise to sort it and to call me by 6.30pm this evening no phone still no sign of ps4 no happy I've been patient but this is pushing it fed up
