Hi, I ordered a phone on the early upgrade option and have an email confirming the order but haven't recieved a confirmation text or dispatched message as told I would.. I also cant track my order or see any updates on the delivery. What do I do about this?

Once your device has been dispatched and is with the courier for delivery, you will receive a text message from DPD, usually the day before.
Which phone was it that you ordered and when did you complete your upgrade?
