I ordered a new contract they said the order was successful and I've heard nothing since

Welcome to the community,
You should have received a text and/or email with an order number. You may want to check your spam/junk folder to make sure that it has not gone there.
If you have the order number you can track it by clicking on help and then click on track my order or log in on the website into your account and do it that way. We cannot give you answer here, we do not have access to accounts in the forums.
You will have to otherwise ring customer service and speak to them when they are open.
