Why can't I track delivery of phone?

Recently had that email from EE saying ORDER DISPATCHED, EXPECT TEXT FROM DPD WITH DELIVERY DAY AND TIME. But total radio silence since. Ive used order number and postcode to track phone on DPD, it says no order exists.... ive looked on one of the trillion sections I had to wade through on EE, and it says ORDER DISPATCHED, with the delivery icon over a house image, opposed to 1cm back on the route where it was earlier, so it's travelled at least. But I can't track it. The site then says I can only track contracted or pay monthly, not pay as you go???? DUH!!!! I DID GET ANOTHER CONTRACT PHONE, simply because you refused to allow me to upgrade, fix or swap my current handset which doesn't work.... I pay EE almost 200 a month btw for 3 phone's, apple tv, broadband and landline, so it's not like I'm not a good customer. But I've been forced to do a FOURTH contract phone, and then end the broken phone's contract later on.... hmm????? Anyway,I digress.... I can't do EITHER UNLESS MY PHONE ARRIVES. Please HELP

Is your parcel supposed to be out for delivery today?

According to the EE email , the parcel is due today. But DPD dont have the parcel in their system

I didn't get asked about what day I want the divert, therefore didn't get
opportunity for the payment for Saturday option. However, an email from EE
stated the following

" Your parcel (name of phone) has been dispatched and is out for delivery
today you will soon receive a text from DPD driver with the time of
delivery track your order by logging into dpd and use your order reference
number "



I logged into my usual DPD app, poppies in the order ref number and it's
not recognised.

In addition when checking my order, ive only got 8 days left of the
cooling of period if I wanted to change my mind....how can I decide if I
like said phone if it's not arrived??
