I need to cancel an upgrade order urgently

I only made the order a couple of hours ago but have found a deal much better suited to me so want to cancel it. Unfortunately my previous phone broke today so I’m only online and can’t find any options to chat online to an advisor or email!

Thanks, but i only ordered it last night, and wanted to change the order. It should be pretty simple but there doesn’t seem to be any option to chat to any EE employees on line. I can’t call as my old phone is broken which is what prompted the upgrade.
