Placed an order on Monday the 26th of October for the new iPhone 12 pro and told I would receive the phone within 2 weeks and because of COVID it would be home delivered.... 1 month later no phone and no update or estimated delivery date either. Customer service of EE is getting terrible. Not impressed and definitely would not recommend EE again even though I have been a loyal customer for many years now. Need an update on my phone ASAP. Thank you Aaron.

@Woodland19   Perhaps you should blame Apple for not producing enough devices for the high demand of this device.  EE can not ship to you what they don’t have and anyone who ordered before you will obviously get their order before you.    You’ll get it when one can be allocated to you and it’s that simple.   Apple can not make or ship them quickly enough for all sellers on the device so EE are not alone with this but it’s the networks/3rd party sellers that have to put up with unhappy customers when it’s actually out of their hands as they’re waiting on Apple.
