I need a SAR report

I have been advised by EE that I need to request a SAR report to obtain a list of payments in the tax year 20-21.

Called the helpline and was told to go online....I cannot find where I can go to obtain this.

Anyone know?

Thanks in advance.

I have my doubts that it will contain records of the top-ups you made, only dates & times of calls & texts you made.

Still nowhere near getting one and have given up due to the bad customer service.

I do not understand why it is so difficult to get a record of payments, surely EE have to account for them too!

Hi @tinatay

I am so sorry to hear this.

Please may I confirm if you had sent a request using the online form or was this direct with customer services?

Speak soon,

Katie 🙂

Hi Kate

I called (from abroad) and I used the form.

Your website is created to cause confusion.

I login to EE Community and I cannot even find my question under anything relating to my EE Community account.

I'm also disgusted that a huge, profitable company such as EE relies on unpaid volunteers to help solve your damn problems.  And I don't give a flying fig if I get a badge, how sad that people believe and buy into this rubbish.

Absolutely shameful....

Thanks for confirming @tinatay

I have sent you a private message for more details.

Katie 🙂

@tinatay  This is a public forum it’s what it’s all about customers helping customers.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I know what it is, I'm just gobsmacked that EE pointed me here to get info and could not give me the correct info themselves!
