Unable to track ps5

I have ordered a ps5 on Tuesday the 28/9/21 with a confirmation email.

 

When I have tried to track order it says unable and then on reading posts on here most advice said to call 150,

I have now tried 4 times to call, long waits no answer then call drops.

 

All I need to know is when is at what stage my order is or if it even exists

I have the same issue having paid £10 deposit..absolutely no communication from EE to update what is happening..very disappointing.

Did the confirmation email maybe go into your spam/junk folder?
