I’m being charged after I’ve cancelled my contract

I notified EE in May to cancel my contract effective 27th June and now I’m still being charged on 3aug for a service contract I no longer have. I’d like an immediate refund pease

How was it that you gave your disconnection request?

 

There is no access to individual customer accounts on this forum, so you will need to speak to EE C/S to resolve this. You can contact them on 150 from any EE mobile, or 0800 0798586 from any other phone.
