I’ve sent an return request application because I’m not happy with the phone, now I’ve been using the same sim from my old phone, with the phone being returned and I have a contract what will happen to my sim? Can I just put it back in my old phone and get a new sim plan for it or will I have to get a new one. Or on being accepted for a return will I be offered another phone and that will be sent as soon as they recieve my old one?
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Hello @Andromedaa ,
Welcome to the community,
EE will not send you a new SIM card, just take it out of the phone you are sending back and put it in your old phone. Once EE have received the phone back, your contract will revert back to your previous price plan and you can then get a new phone with a new plan, or just get a new plan, no need for a new SIM card, unless there is a problem with your present SIM card, then you will need to request a replacement SIM card, hope this answers your question.
