I ordered a new phone with a monthly plan on the 23rd it's been 3 days and I've had no confirmation and I can't track my order either. I haven't paid anything upfront and I understand if there is a delay due to situations. I just don't want it to come to the end of the month and I will have to pay for 2 phones when I haven't even had the new phone for that month. I just would like to know what's the status with my order
