I have requested payg sims from website but not received.
It has been almost 2 weeks.
Each time tried I get a confirmation email, but not payg sim cards are delivered...

Welcome to the community.
The SIM cards will be delivered in the post, so should take around a week to arrive.
Have you ordered more than once?
