Hi I have not yet information about my order. 02/02/19 I confirmed my details in shop and still waiting on message

@Wojtczak  You’ll need to need to call customer services, this forum has no access to your account.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
