I ordered my phone with Xbox free gift on 25th November. I have received phone on next day delivery but have had no text or confirmation regarding the Xbox? Please help!! Should I worry? This is a Christmas gift!

Same as the poster before. I took out a new phone contract that included an Xbox on the 25th November. I have not received the Xbox or any confirmation that the Xbox is being sent.

I also have had nothing in regards to my xbox I also orderd back on 18th November n I haven't had anything again its also a gift for Christmas tried to contact you and got hung up on help please !

Same situation here.
Ordered 2 phones with their xboxes a month ago. I have received the phones, then a week later a single Xbox which was followed with a text that they would send the gamepass details. No sign of the other Xbox, and no sign of any gamepass for either.
I've phoned 3 times now, and been assured everything was fine. The last phone call even told me to expect it within 24 hours.
That was a week ago. Nothing has changed.
I feel like I've been had, and deliberately been delayed beyond my cool off period. And, like Hannah, this was intended to be a Christmas gift.
