Hello, I would like to make a complaint. I didnt receive my order from DPD sine Monday Apr 19th. I called the EE customer service three times , they didn't manage to contact DPD on my behalf. I contacted DPD myself and DPD asked me to contact EE to start an investigation.
Now I am like a ball being kicked from EE to DPD without receiving my Phone.
More strange, in the EE system, it shows the phone has been delivered, and clearly I have not received at all. Also EE start to bill me with a higher rate which I have not use the phone at all.
It is such a frustrating situation as I will never order any phone on line!

Welcome to the community. I'm sorry to hear that you're having this problem with your delivery.
Have DPD said if it's been signed for? Are you able to find the delivery on the DPD app or website?
