Hi @TraciLouise.
Welcome to the community.
Have you tried restarting your WiFi device?
What devices have you got connected to it?

Hi Jon
I have 2 mobiles every time I leave the house connected and sometimes a laptop.
Reset? Do you mean switch on and off, then yes, many times.:-(

Thanks @TraciLouise.
Can you see a reset pin hole on the side?
If so, can you press and hold it with a pin for ten seconds?
You will then need to connect your phones and laptop again using the password.

I checked for one. And have it here now. No pin hole.
Only the port for the charger on the bottom side, and the on/off on the top.
Hence my limited options.

Thanks @TraciLouise.
Sorry, I forgot to mention you would need to remove the yellow bumper to reveal the reset button.
It should be under there, can you check?

Hi Jon
Its hard plastic, not rubberised.
There is a small section missing on the black back section that allows you to open it up? Shall I do that?

What I did do jon was take the back off, battery out and wiped possible dust off and put it back in...hey presto, its works!
Thank you so much for holding my hand through this, much appreciated 😁
