Hi @taken2

No, this isn't possible. All the methods by which a PAYG phone can be topped up are explained on this EE help page

PayPal themselves appear to be selling an EE top-up voucher.

I am about to try it...

(Ah, I can see via my PayPal Android app that there is a linkup between PayPal and Xoom.)

[Later...]

Well, it was a bit of a faff.

I had to log in to PayPal (obviously) in Firefox on my PC,

but then I had to prove I was me by opening my Android PayPal app.

There was a note saying that it might take a while as this was the first time I'd bought an e-voucher from PayPal.

Interestingly, I received the receipt for the purchase in my email at 12.09

and I received the actual voucher at 16.09.

I was topping up a dumbphone into which I had already drafted a text, so I couldn't

follow the instruction "To redeem text VO and 16 digit code to 150".

Instead, I phoned 150 and followed the instructions to the point where I could input the 16 digit code.

There was a slightly unnerving silence until the system said it had been accepted.

Not something to do at the last minute!

@X-Ray-Spex : No reason for PayPal not to sell whatever they like, just like any other seller. Doesn't make EE any more liable to accept PayPal as a method of payment.
