Hi,
I have already seen that there is a lack of stock when it comes to the iPhone 13pro and that's fine, I am in no rush. I am just a bit concerned because I am trading in my iPhone 12 I have until 17th November to return my current phone or money will be paid out of my paypal. But as the EE website is saying 28 days despatch, I am worried that I am going to get billed.
Please could these be made noted of somewhere that I won't be able to return my phone until my new one arrives?
My order number doesn't work but I have ordered iPhone 13pro 128GB Sierra Blue. I ordered it on 31st Oct.

Thanks for coming to the community.
You will not be required to send your old phone back until your new phone has arrived.
If you receive any messages advising you will be charged please give us a call so they can make a note on your account.
If your order number isn't working, please give us a call on 150 the team will check this for you.
