I have a sim only for my Ipad - no phone number

Ybslik

Hi, I bought a Sim only package for my iPad, it works ok.

I now need to get in contact with someone on the help desk but the number I ring keeps asking for a phone number and I do not have one, nor do i have an EE phone to send the 150 message to.

All I want to do is peak to some one about my sim card which I pay for each month

How can I speak to someone please

@Ybslik , do you have a mobile phone? You should be able to see the number by going into settings, the same would be if you put it in your I-Pad, and if you are on a monthly contract you should also see it when you log into your account or use the EE App, it should show there. Not sure whether it would show on your car tracking device in settings, worth a check.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

@Schockwave : I'm think this is a contract SIMO and anyway OP never said it's not been used for 3 years, just that it was bought 3 years ago.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

@XRaySpeX , yes I can see that now, since he has replied, and have now given suggestions as to how to find the number, which hopefully will be helpful to him, we shall see

Hi Thanks But I do not have a phone with the sim card, I'm using the now in my Car tracking device. As far As I know I do not have an account set up, just get billed every month.  Was £10 but just gone up to £10.21.

I bought the contract with orange but that all changed and I was put onto EE.

Hi Just found some information on my home Pc about the payments I make. A note I've added says  EE Acc No  ********* - Service No *******.

If that means anything to anyone

Try calling CS on +44 800 956 6000 (option 2 > option 4) . That won't ask for an EE mobile no.
