I cannot top up my account

I need to top up my PAYG number on my account but I am getting the message 'We're not able to accept payments to that number. Please try again.' every time I have tried. Any help please? thank you

How are you trying to top-up?

 

Have you tried using Fast Top-Up?

Hi Jon, yes I have tried and still unable to top up. I don't have an idea of what to do. 

@Jon_K I cannot either see my last calls or anything else. Always takes me to the same page that says : Thinking of leaving EE? 

I don't understand it. 

 

Could you help me pls? TIA

Are you on T-Mobile? When texting NUMBER to 150 what network does it say you are on?

 

Some time ago online a/c management was withdrawn from T-M users.

Yes @Jon_K , I got the same and if I try to do the anonimous top up, it says something like they cannot top up that telephone number. 

@XRaySpeX yes , I am on T-Mobile, that it what it says. So what do I need to do now please?
