I cannot access the shop after logging in

Hi, 

 

I am evaluating an additional line for my account, but I don't seem to be able to access the Shop. I start browsing offers, but I am always asked to login to validate offers, and after logging in I am redirected to My Shop where I can only see upgrade options for my current lines. Help, please?

Could you try using a different browser and let us know if you get the same issue?

Hey @Jon_K ,

 

That problem I mentioned was happening on both Chrome and Safari.

 

I tried with Brave and I got an error when trying to login:

 

"api.ee.co.uk redirected you too many times."

 

I tried also with Firefox and it kept redirecting me to my upgrade options, same as Chrome and Safari.

I'm sorry that it's not working.

 

I'd recommend contacting our Sales Team and they will be able to discuss your options with you for an additional line.

Thanks, appreciate the effort, but no. I find it ridiculous. With the amount of money that I spend every month on phones and unlimited lines, I cannot access the shop and buy more on my own?

I have the same problem. Says I can upgrade but cannot access the shop. It's ridiculous.

Yes ame problem on multiple platforms. I have tried on Chrome browser, and on safari from an iphone. I cannot even access via my EE app. The only option i can think of is phoning EE to look at options or going to an EE shop physically.
