I can't see the order number on my confirmation email, so I'm not able to track

Can anyone help with how to get the order number so I can track the new phone I've ordered please?

Is there not an order reference number in your email? It should be ten to 12 digits long.

 

If you're unable to find this, our Customer Care team would be able to provide it for you.
