I have a plan with unlimited data, and a SIM only deal. I managed to gift data from my plan to the SIM last month, but have just tried again and it does not work. I don't have the family usage option via the EE app for some reason, so have to use the EE website? Any help is greatly appreciated.

It’s ok now, i uninstalled the ee app and reinstalled it. I now have the family usage option. Thanks for replying.

@Bubz : How much data has you used from your unlimited plan so far this billing month? You may only gift from the 1st 100GB of your usage each month.
