I've put the sim card in the phone and set it up, also I've called 150 and added my top-up card. I still have £0.00 in my balance, how do I get my top up that I paid for? I'm confused, thanks!

Text AL to 150. It will have gone onto a pack as all sims come with a pack pre-loaded.

I've already done that, however it still says £0.00. I have however just noticed that on the topup letter that it can take up to 2 days to receive my credit? Just looking to confirm that in 2 days I'll have my credit and if there's anymore steps I need to take.
