Huawei p30 pro no sound

- My P30 Pro has lost all sound. So no alarm, calls, videos, music, nothing. I can't ring EE as I won't be able to hear them, the chat just cuts off. Going to the store isn't an option either (local lockdown).
- I've tried checking it's not connected via Bluetooth to my car, headphones etc.
- I've tried a reboot.
- I've checked the volume isn't just down
- I've checked settings for any mute button I may have accidentally pressed.
- I've not yet tried a factory reset, I had to do that recently for a different problem and it's not easy to set back up online banking etc so if it can be avoided I'd rather not.
Hoping to be able to speak to somebody from EE who can help 🙏

@Sarahbrown1710 if you’ve tried everything that you can think and it looks like you have then perhaps a factory reset is your best option. Sorry

I've updated all software and reluctantly did a factory reset... Still no sound at all.
