How to speak to Online customer service

I’m out of contract and wish to switch from contract to payg but want yo keep my number.

how do I do that please.

@Nick0296    The best way and quickest way is to call customer services so you can give notice to terminate your contract and have it switched to a pay-as-you-go.   Just be patient when calling customer services as they are extremely busy due to the current situation,  just don’t hang up

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Is there a way I can do this online as I’ve had cancer and now cannot speak, I only use text and email.

@Nick0296   Login to your online account and wait for a pop up window so you can request live chat.  Only if an agent is free to chat will you be able to live chat. you’ll need to be very patient when wanting to live chat.
