I have both an EE mobile AND a 4GEE Mobile Broadband.... has taken me months to finally get someone to merge the accounts, but I still can't see details of both on my "My EE" account pages.... the people on the support chat were completely unhelpful... basically said "we can't help, try the Community"... any ideas??

In your MyEE for My EE Mobile go to the Menu & "Switch A/c's". You will see a list of all your mobile a/c's. Look at each in turn & you will find your mobile BB a/c.
