Hi,
I've got a 4GEE wifi mini which was pre-loaded with 6G of data that would last for 90 days. Those 90 days have almost expired & I need to top up.
When I click on 'My Data', I'm offered choices ranging from 200Mb for 30 days costing £2 to 30Gb for 90 days at £44. However, when I click 'top up', I can confirm the number but then nothing happens; I never get to a payment page.
I can get to a different top up page which says the cheapest top up is £5 but I'm not convinced this is for data, despite the page having my wifi mini's number on it.
Can topping up really be so hard?
Advice appreciated!

Try using Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card. The min. value of EE top-ups is £5.
Top-up is just for turning money into PAYG credit. It does not matter what that credit is used for, data, calls or PAYG Packs.
