How to get a pac number as my phone is broken

Hi guys my mobile is broke 🙄 so how can I get My PAC number ?.

 

Also I want to change net works But keep my Number is that possible & how long will it take Thanks in Advance

@Shelly99   You’ll have to request that by calling customer services and explain the situation or can you put your sim in to a different device?   Once you give that pac code to the other network it’ll take around 24 hours to port across.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
