I am wondering this too. I upgraded and put my order in Wednesday evening (6.22pm 26th Sept) and I had the confirmation email that night; but nothing since. The phone was in stock when I ordered yet I cannot track my order due to it not being dispatched... even though you dispatch within 24hrs if in stock?

I've ordered a Sony xa2 , it was in stock when I ordered. I got my conformation email , I ordered Tues 25th about 1:30.
