How do I get traditional PAYG?

Hello,

 

I'm currently on a £1 a week renewal pack, however I did text STOP PACK recently because I thought this would instigate the traditional PAYG, but it has just renewed again this morning. I don't know if this was because I still had £3 left but it's starting to annoy me.

 

I hardly do much texting or Phoning at all, and I just want to pay for what I use instead of these renewals.

I am sorry to hear the pack has renewed after you text STOP PACK to 150.

 

To get this looked into, please get in touch with our Pay as you go Care team they will have access to your account and be able to help you further.
