How do I add another phone to the EE app

Welcome to the community.

 

Do you already have a My EE Account set up for both pay as you go numbers?

 

If so, the best way to do this would be to contact our Customer Care team who can access your account.

How do I add another phone to My EE account - its in the same account name?

NB.  I have just been online chat and the agent said they had set this up but I still can't download a bill.
