can you please advise how I can check the status of my Add to plan order. Unfortunately I cannot find an option for this on the app or your web page. I have had a confirmation the day I placed the order but nothing advising me since..

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

yes tried the tracking facility. Does not work for add to plan orders.
Sorry, we can't show your order details right now.
Don't worry, we'll keep you updated on the progress of your order by text or email. Keep an eye out for these updates from EE or from our courier DPD.
however 5 days later and still no update about my order from EE
Also as I cannot ring due to Covid 19, I am a little stuck..

Did you not get an order number in your confirmation email?
DPD will text you on the day your delivery is due.

yes I received an order confirmation and I have got the order number. However the order number does not work in the tracker. I was informed by EE chat yesterday that my order was indeed scheduled for delivery yesterday. This however has not happened and I have received no correspondence notifying me of delivery or delay...
