I'm leaving EE because the reception is very poor at home. I have a phone and tablet so can't get a PAC code via text. I've held on the line for ages and either not had an answer or been cut off. I'm disabled and can't get to the shop it's so frustrating. I've tried the 0800 number for customer service and a recorded message directed back to the website then cut me off. I just want to leave and keep one of the numbers I'm not worried about the r ablet
