I’ve got a new phone coming tomorrow but I’ve had to go away for work my partner is in can she sign for it? She has I’d just not the same last name

Thanks for coming to the community. 

 

@BrendonH is right, your partner would need the same last name to sign for your parcel. 

 

If you are not going to be home, DPD will send you a text message which has a link for you to change delivery information.
